All sales are final, shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns for a refund or exchange are accepted solely for defective or incorrect items. To initiate the process, please reach out to us at support@mountainweekendco.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s). Requests made after the 7-day timeframe will not be approved. The product must remain unworn and unwashed.

Despite our stringent quality control measures, occasional manufacturing defects may occur. If you believe you have received a defective item, we encourage you to inform us promptly. We strive to address such situations by either repairing or replacing the item, provided it is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
